Dickens Festival

The Dickens Festival in St George Utah runs Wednesday, December 1 through Saturday, December 4 this year. Hours are 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. daily at the Dixie Center in St George Utah. The contact phone number is 435-688-2990.  The festival regular admission price is $6 for adults, and $4 for seniors and children.  There are several discount coupons floating around for the event, including one published on the front page of The Spectrum. The festival is Victorian era themed and focuses on the beloved story written by Charles Dickens’, “A Christmas Carol”.
Lots of of shoppes set up offering a variety of wares.  All of of the shoppes are manned by artisans dressed in olde English attire and are decorated to match the theme of the festival.  Arts, crafts, home items and gifts are some of the items available to purchase.  There’s always some unique items you can’t find anywhere else that might be the perfect Christmas gift for that “hard to buy for” person on your list.
